They Simply Touch Our Hearts

All of our adoptable pets, information and photos can be found within the list below or via PetFinder. Most of our pets are currently in foster homes. For each pet listed you are able to contact a humane society volunteer or foster home directly for additional information.

Some of our dogs participate in the New Leash On Life training program. They are trained by inmates at the Albemarle Correctional Institution as part of an 8-week obedience training class. By the time they graduate, they are equipped with all the basic commands + maybe a few special tricks. For additional information on which dogs have graduated please Contact Us.
